Marmaris Cleopatra Island Boat Trip

The superb golden beach of Cleopatra, or Seder Island, is famous for its enormous golden sand and the fascinating ancient city of Cedrae. The magnificent ancient theatre ruins and a lovely hidden beach in the tiny bay on the island's northwest edge are popular and frequently visited sites.

They brought the Pale-pink Sands from North Africa to please queen Cleopatra, and the swimmers are said to have been her companions in ancient times. The pale-pink sands on this lovely beach are believed to have come from ships from North Africa, which Mark Anthony sent there so that his beloved Cleopatra might be pleased. On the island's far eastern edge, there is an Agora where athletic events are mentioned in epigraphs.

The lovely beaches of this island are a result of a lengthy-term process of seashell dissolution, which results in a beautiful sand colour. Because it is so unusual, the beach is under government protection, and visitors are not allowed to bring any sand or spread towels because the sand will adhere to them.

Tour Program

The first stop on the Marmaris Cleopatra Island boat trip is Camlı, a tiny village about 17 kilometres north of Marmaris. You'll travel in our comfortable minibus to see the lovely countryside with wide farmlands and emerald pine forests. You'll board our boats once we arrive at Camlı, and we'll set sail across the Gokova Gulf.

Fine Sand Bay

Ince Kum National Park is famous throughout the region for its exquisite golden sand and crystal clear, turquoise seas. In Turkish, Ince Kum means 'fine sands.' We'll take our first 40-minute long swimming break here so you can snorkel, swim, or just lay on the beach.

Deep Blue Bay

The Deep Blue Bay is another popular bay in the Gökova Gulf. The waters here are extremely deep and appear blue as they get deeper, which is why they're called the Deep Blue Bay. This bay is also a popular stopping point for boats because of its depth.

Lunch Break & Cleopatra Island

We must arrive at Cleopatra Island by noon. We'll have a wonderful Turkish lunch before you spend some time on the island alone. Apart from the historical ruins, the island has lovely cafeterias and restrooms, so you'll be able to freshen up as well. You may swim, lie in the sun, or go for a stroll around the island or one of Queen Cleopatra's favourite beaches.

Lighthouse Island

The Lighthouse Island is a peaceful and isolated island in the Gökova Gulf. It is part of Turkey's National Park, which is under the protection of the Turkish government. We'll spend 40 minutes here, and you can swim, snorkel, or sunbathe on a lovely beach.
